I was so inspired by the recent Anthropologie catalog. Toward the end was this gorgeous sweater with an accordion folded ribbon sewn on the sweater front. It made me want to create something from this inspiration. What actually happened was a broach. Here is my favorite trim married to my two favorite Bakelite buttons.

One of my health goals this year is to drink more water. Generally, I start off strong; but after several weeks, I drop off the grid. Why? Because water is so plain, boring and tasteless that sometimes it puts my taste buds to sleep. Zzzzzzz.
What's a gal to do? Give it up? WRONG. Water is a necessity. It helps regulate our body and cell functions, hydrates our skin and assists in weight management. So what can you do? Put a bit o' zip in your sip.
