I love scapbooking and hope to pass that on so that my sons enjoy it too. When they're a bit older I plan to get them journals that they can scrap in as well as write.

  2. My 8 year old son enjoys it also. I got him a scrapbook last year at Christmas just for our hs field trips. He and my daughter (6) both love doing the layouts. This is great, thanks for the links.

  3. As a homeschooling Parent and a Rubber Stamping, Scrapbooking and Mixed media Instructor, I can tell you first hand how enriching artistic journals and scrapbooks are. Paper cutters, straight and curving lines, geometry, composition and the process of choosing themes coupled with art products, color wheels and theory all are very valuable and nothing can engage a child like the promise of getting messy with paper, glue and paint :) Some of my favorite projects were science journals that had specimens glued to the pages and observations jotted down. Kudos to you for the article!

  4. Have a look at this online store.
