There is a new player in West Beverly and he is giving the Wilson' a run for their money! Sean, the half brother of Naomi and Annie, crashes Annie's Sweet Sixteen party. Harry is shocked by the sudden arrival and invites Sean into his home. The Wilson family is not quite sure how to handle the news and Debbie decides to take a 'hands off' approach since Sean is not her son. After a heart-to-heart with Tabitha, Debbie realizes she is still Harry's wife and she needs to be there for him and the kids.
Tension between Naomi and Annie continues and we see a new and snarky side of Annie. When Naomi purposely bumps into Annie at lunch Annie is quick to jump up and defend herself. Ethan does not like the new catty Annie and wonders why Annie is letting Naomi continue to get in the way of their relationship. Annie makes it up to him by dressing up as the school mascot for Ethan's State Championship Lacrosse game.
This week we also meet Christina, a cheerleader, who is hot to trot for Dixon. She goes out of her way to flatter him and is the first to give him a big hug after his lacrosse win. Silver asks about the new sudden interest from Christina and Dixon says she is just a friend. Hmmm, have we heard that before??
Kelly and Brenda continue to drift apart. When Kelly confronts Brenda about the growing space in their relationship Brenda tells Kelly that just because they were friends in high school doesn't mean they have to be friends as adults. Kelly is hurt by Brenda's disregard for their friendship but still runs to the hospital when Brenda is injured on the set of her play. Brenda apologizes for the hurtful things she said to Kelly and explained it was because she was trying to put distance between them. When Kelly asks why, Brenda admits to sleeping with Ryan. Can you say 'deja vu' with Dylan??
