If you want to live a life with Passionate Purpose then you need to live your life in the LIGHT of God’s love. It’s a choice to be guided daily by God’s spirit. When you choose to be a LIGHT in this dark, sad, and dreary world you stand out.
I LOVE what it says in Ephesians 5:8-9 when it says your behavior should SHOW IT!
Ouch!
Really! Think about that one for a minute. When people meet you at the grocery, in the car line, at the bank, at the ball fields, can they tell that you are different or are you just like them?
When you focus on what is;
- Good
- Right
- True
you set yourself up to be different. Does it mean you are perfect? No, it says in God’s word that “No one is perfect, not even one.” (Romans 3:10) Does that mean you give up? Nope! You keep on trying!
Hey–listen–you and I both know what we were like before the Creator of the Universe radically transformed our lives. I am sure we could swap war stories, but the reality is that if you and I aren’t acting any differently then we did then, then what kind of witness are we?
If you are FULL of HIS LIGHT then your LIFE should SHOW IT!
I want to be a woman who lives my life with a Passionate Purpose, don’t you?
So, what do we have to do? We have to let everyone around us see that we are different; our lives should radiate HIS LIGHT!
Shine with me sisters…together, with the grace of God, we can cast a BIG stinkin' BRIGHT LIGHT into this dark, sad, and sometimes lonely world.
