Sources are reporting that Jamie Lynn Spears has given birth to a baby girl named Maddie on Thursday
. The new baby girl is being reported as weighing in at 7lbs 11oz. Congratulations to the new parents and the entire Spears family. Sounds like Brittany, Jamie, and big brother Bryan made it just in time.
Charlotte Church has announced that her and her boyfriend are expecting their second child together. The new baby will join big sister Ruby who will turn 1 in September. Charlotte did let her fans know that the impending pregnancy will not get in the way of her show that is scheduled for this summer.
On a sadder note, Tim Russert was laid to rest yesterday. The funeral was attended by family, friends, heads of state, Senator McCain and Senator Obama. Russert was eulogized by his son who gave an amazing speech about his father both as a parent, a family man and an amazing journalist.
