Britney Spears made the Germans happy on Thursday when she gyrated to her new single "Womanizer" at the 2008 Bambi Awards. She later received an award for best international pop star from designer Karl Lagerfeld, who said she had come back "not only as a phoenix but as a bird of paradise."
Britney's outfit looks almost exactly like Madonna's in her Sticky and Sweet tour. I guess top hats are in season!
