The cool weather has started to move in for most of the states, triggering our tastes to change to a more fall like variety of foods. What could be more perfect way to enjoya crisp, sunny morning than hosting a cozy brunch? Here are a few recipes to get you started:
Fall Brunch Menu
- Spiced Hot Mocha
- Fresh fruit juices and an assortment of tea
- Fruit Salad Buffet (Scaled up or down to fit your needs)
- Ham, Egg and Cheese Bake – Go with regular scrambled eggs if you need to save time
- Gingerbread Pancakes with Maple Syrup
- Pumpkin Whoopie Pies – You could slip two or three into a clear bag to give to your guests before they leave. Tie with a pretty bow in one of the many beautiful colors of Autumn
