		<description>Ya know.  We beat ourselves up thinking we fail at this because we lack motivation.

I don&#039;t think that&#039;s the problem.

I think these new activities are not ingrained in our mind yet.  They are not habits, like watching LOST or eat 3 meals a day.

Set up some kind of system to remind you do some exercise.  Put it on your calendar and treat it like a doctor&#039;s appointment (show up late, but show up).  Give it time.  Atleast a month, probably 3.  Then see if you lack motivation...

		<description>this mythical motivation also escapes me!  i have friends who run marathons... where does that discipline come from?  and why don&#039;t i have it?  i love the feeling of sore muscles after i do a pilates DVD... but i don&#039;t do the workout more than once.  i&#039;m totally rooting for you and hope you can inspire me too : )
