You go girl! My husband keeps telling me to take baby steps. Now only if I find the motivation to take that first step. This might be it.

Every time I try start to work out and fit exercise in my life Honey likes to remind me that everyone has to start somewhere. It doesn't matter how many sit-ups someone else can do. You only have to be concerned with how many you are doing.

Baby steps. Baby steps are a great way to approach exercise.

Great post! I am all about sneaking fitness in where I can. I think it's the easiest way for busy moms (I guess I could quit at moms, right?) to increase their activity level and feel stronger and more fit. I do calf raises while I brush my teeth, situps and planks while my daughter is playing in the evening (sometimes she even "helps") and squats while I wash my hair in the shower (ok, maybe a little weird there, but it's true).

Thanks for the good idea, I'm going to try it!
