Katherine Heigl needs to think twice before she gives interviews. The Grey's Anatomy beauty has removed herself from the running for the 2008 Emmy Awards. While explaining her decision she took a moment to take a jab at the writers of this TV drama. Not such a good idea because without them she would be standing on a set twiddling her thumbs.
Lynne Spears has set a fall release date for her personal memoirs. This was originally set to be released earlier this year but with the announcement of Jamie Lynn's teen pregnancy the release was pushed back. The book is being marketed as Lynne talking about what it was like to parent celebrity children in the tabloids view. I sure hope she remembers that if it were not for her two celebrity children she would still be in Louisiana and not shopping on Rodeo Drive.
Stephanie Izard has become the first female winner of Top Chef. Females have always placed high, normally in the top 3, but one has never walked away with the big prize. Stephanie received $100,000 and the recognition of being the first female winner. Congrats to Stephanie and I hope we hear big things about her in the future.

K Heigel has before made inappropriate comments. they always make her sound sooooo arrogant and unappreciative. not a big fan…if you couldn't tell.
I think K. Heigel makes off kilter comments sometimes, but I also think she could have been used more this season in more lucrative roles.
