Great idea! I recently put together a list of ways to show hospitality through giving baskets of goodies to people (www.christianwomenonline.net). While it is nice to have people over to your home, it isn't always possible. Putting together a treat like your box lunch idea is a great way to still be friendly during those busy times. I like it!
