I remember is being a not so great experience when I was growing up as well, but it has definitely gotten better! A lot of times their produce looks even better than the major chain grocery store down the street! What they lack in selection, I've found they make up for in value and quality.

I have never shopped at or been to Aldi's, though we do have one in town. Perhaps I should go in sometime just to see what it's all about.

We used to shop at Aldi's as a kid – but I remember specifically that the produce section was seriously lacking.

Has it improved?
