		<description>Unfortunately, we are still looking for that perfect bread too.  When I don&#039;t have time to make bread in the bread machine, we eat Stroehman&#039;s 100% whole wheat b/c my husband likes that it stays soft.  Its not the best bread from a nutrition perspective but its not bad either.</description>

The first ingredient is white flour, 2. The &quot;fiber&quot; comes from inulin and cornstarch, not from whole grains.  That means that you do not get some of the health benefits from the whole grain such as minerals and soluble fiber.  The research on these new grains is still questionable, the companies love them because &quot;fiber&quot; sells!  Just thought you should know...</description>
