Since then I have added varying tasks to my routine.  I recently conquered my fear of group fitness classes.  Now?  I am going four-five times per week and am signing up for a 5k in April.  Dayum. I just turned 45 and my doctor says I need to lose 50 lbs. and get my blood pressure down.  *Sigh*My wonderful husband gave me a 6-month membership to the new gym in town (I asked for one).  He said if I use it he will renew it for another year.  So far using the gym hasn&#039;t been an issue...I&#039;ve been taking a cardio/weight class 2x/week - to be 3x once school is out for the summer.  I&#039;ve also been taking a yoga class 1x/week and then hit the cardio machines 2x-3x/week.  Now if I could just get my eating under control.
