I never agree to do book reviews. For one thing, I find most books about marriage to be a tad bit trite. I took a chance on this book. The title hooked me.
Generation Next Marriage -The Couple's Guide to Keeping it Together by Tricia Goyer was a great read. Lucky for me and for the author, because I would tell you if I didn't like it! I can't let the Extraordinary Wives down!
My favorite thing about the book is that it combines relevant scripture to real-life situations. We all know that our lives are not all sunshine and rainbows. Marriage is hard, raising children is hard and sometimes our pasts get in the way. This book gives great ideas to navigate through your journey together. I think that Christian and non-Christian women of our generation will enjoy this book. It is just that well done.
