Help Your Child Sleep With This Nifty Gadget

Good Nite Lite

Now we could really use this in our family.  The Good Nite Lite is a nightlight designed to help children 3 to 5 sleep according to circadian rhythms.  Instead of waking up whenever they feel like it (such as my 3-year-old daughter), this nifty gadget is supposed to help teach kiddos when it's time to start the day.

It's a simple product that helps behavioral modification – a moon means it's time to stay in bed and sleep; a sun means it's time to wake up.  The gadget can be set to any time you want – the default is a moon from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

You can pre-order yours for $34.99expected availability is this month!

What do you think?  Would this be a helpful gadget in your home?  Or is it not worth the 35 bucks?
