A rosemary bush has flourished, and thyme, and now LOVAGE - planted 2 years ago, it is now well established and huge. I'm getting some recipes together and am looking forward to enjoying some tasty dishes. I didn't know anything about this herb before, which is why I am researching sites such as yours. I'm always looking for herbs I will actually use to plant in my flower garden. I think this will fit right in, and I'll definitely try substituting it for celery.
