Some serious food for thought here. I too have always been fascinated with names, but have never given the idea of what my God-name would be much thought. I think at this point in my life my God-name would be "Student", because right now, I'm all about learning and taking in the lessons I'm being taught. Good food for thought today! I'm sure the name that God calls me has changed several times, and it probably will again in the future. I'd like to think right now God could call me "a woman after his own heart" since that has been something I've been striving for in recent months. For our children we choose "Praise" and "Wisdom" and have prayed that God will fulfill those attributes in their characters as they grow and mature. Names can be very powerful in a person's life. I think I would choose "Daughter" as my God-name, for many personal reasons... Names are definitely a fascination for me as well.
