Yesterday I wrote about car sickness; I've been doing some research and have found some awesome links that delve into the issue in further detail, including other causes of motion sickness:
- MedicineNet has a very comprehensive overview of motion sickness.
- Wikihow has some great strategies…they go into more detail about the suggestions I had, and there are many others as well.
- Going on a cruise? This article addresses that specific issue very well.
- KidsHealth has this page for kids to help them understand what is going on with them when they have motion sickness.
- Got some time to kill? Check out the Air Sickness Bag Virtual Museum; it's dedicated to documenting the "art" of airline's air sickness bags. Hysterical!
Have a question about healthy living for you and your family that you would love answered in one of my columns or want to discuss this one more? Come on over to Blissfully Domestic Living and join the conversation!
Want to see me without my virtual stethoscope? Head over to my blog, Watch me! No, watch me!

Thanks for the mention of the Air Sickness Bag Museum. It's a complete waste of time, but I hope it's a higher quality waste of time than other sites.
