I love that these cookies are versatile, too. You can, of course, choose whichever colors you'd like. You can insert a stick and make lollipops. Wrap them up in cellophane bags and pretty ties for a sweet treat. Try a red and green version for the holidays. Let the kids shape them in some other creative way. Lots of options.
