Reversible Halloweenie Beanie

October is here which means it is time to start thinking about Halloween!  I've actually been thinking about it since early in September but now that it is so close I'm getting a bit more excited.

I've got ghosts, goblins, fairies,  pumpkin patches, and hay rides on the brain which reminded me of this fantastic Reversible Halloweenie Beanie pattern from Crazy Aunt Purl.

I planned on whipping one of these up for my daughter early in the year so that it would be ready when Fall hit, but I didn't quite get around to it.  Hopefully I'll find the time to knit it up before Halloween, but at the very least I wanted to share it with all of you.  I'm sure every knitter knows of a little munchkin that could use one of these to keep their noggin warm!

I love this hat too! I've been knitting Ann Norling's pumpkin hats for all the little "pumpkins" in the family, maybe I'll start this one for me next :) Thanks for the pattern!!

Will you see the new Twilight movie New Moon on Friday?
