You have to be careful with door hooks. If they're not slender enough they may keep the door from closing completely.

Great tips. I have a pet peeve about cleanliness in the bathroom. Because of everything that goes on their germs can spread to the rest of the house.

I tidy up each time I'm in the potty too. And I multi-task: while brushing my teeth, wipe down the cabinet; wipe down the shower walls and tub when I shower. I love the decor of my potty room, but I have better things to do thank constantly clean it. That's why I think organizing is so important – every thing in it's place and it won't look so messy.

Great tips! Our home was built in 1968 and the bathrooms are very small and storage is not that great. We added a white wood cabinet with a towel rod above the toilet. It looks nice and it's useful, too!

I love the idea of a drawer for each family member. We don't have that type of drawer space, but I think as my daughters get older I will give them each their own toiletry caddy/basket.

Great tips! One thing I've found really helps is to do a little tidying every time I go in the bathroom; with five kids, there's always something to clean up in there, and I do prefer a clean bathroom!
