After my daughter was born, my Mom and I were cleaning out some old cedar chests at my Grandparent's house. We stumbled upon a baby quilt that my Nana had made many many years ago. After washing it and doing a few small repairs, my daughter keeps that quilt with her all the time. Although my Nana passed away 10 years before my daughter was born, it's nice that she has a connection with her great-grandma. What a great idea!
