Young Explorer's Kit

Stock_exc_boy_by_stream I'm always looking for fun & exciting ways to expand my child's mind or imagination…in hopes of teaching them that learning can be fun!

Kids love to explore the outdoors & here's a way to hopefully "jazz" up the experience. To make one choose a small bucket or basket with a handle  & then add the following:

1. A small plastic shovel or spoon for digging.

2. A magnifying glass for up close fun ( adult supervision recommended for 3 & under)

3. Toy or homemade binoculars (can be made from toilet paper rolls taped together)

4. A small field guide for seeing what's what in nature (see Nature in the Neighborhood)
