Back to School: Locker Organization

Keeping your tween and teen's locker organized can be quite the challenge.  Why not set them up for success with some cool handmade organizing products.

You could use this idea from Pottery Barn Teen and decorate/organize a locker using gift wrap or scrapbook paper for the base of color, and gluing magnets on accessories that you either spray paint or decoupage with Modge Podge.

Another idea is to make your own Post It Note Holder’s for quick homework reminders.

You could even take it a step further and make a Note & Post It Holder like this one from Madonna.

  1. Sigh. I look at these cute lookers and wish. I have a son whose idea of decorating his locker is installing the requisite 12" high shelf. His comment, "I don't get it. Why waste time decorating a locker? It's just a place to put books. Let's go." Oh well, I have a daughter who will hit middle school in 2 years so I shall just have to bookmark this page. Great ideas here.

Will you see the new Twilight movie New Moon on Friday?
