Beauty Tips to Speed Up Your Morning

Oh NoAlarm didn't go off? Can't find the shoes that match your suit? Or maybe, you're just off to a slow start. No matter what the reason, morning delays happen to the best of us.

In spite of our plots, plans and pain-staking organizational skills, somedays we come up short. And on those days, it's more important than ever that we put our best foot forward.

How do we do that? By implementing a few beauty tips that'll help speed up our morning routine. Like these for example:

  • Use brushes to apply powder or blush to your face. The bigger or fluffier the brush, the easier the application. A few quick sweeps across the face will leave your skin looking radiant; plus, it's easier to blend.
  • Use 3-in-1 eye, lip and cheek products.  Using one product for all three uses could cut minutes from your routine. Plus, it adds the perfect hint of color, enhancing the overall appearance of your skin; even more, it's price savvy.
  • Use au-natural color and makeup. I love for my makeup to match my outfit. But running late puts a huge damper on that. So, I use neutral toned makeup. I apply various hues of brown and bronze to accent my eyes, cheeks and lips. It makes for quick application and less color blending.
  • Use your hair to your advantage. Running late means one very important thing: no time to blowdry. If you have curly or wavy hair, run some curl-activating mousse through your hair. If your hair is more kinky or tightly coiled, misting the hair and running Curly Pudding or Kinky Curling Cream through it, will give you the luscious curls you want–plus, it works great even while you air dry!

We all have those days where nothing goes as planned. But using tips like these, will ensure that no matter what our mornings look like, we know we'll look even better!
