Brag On Him Friday – Week 2

We're still in the development stages of this meme but I look forward to hearing from more of you. relationships Brag On Him Friday Week 2

I really could brag on and on about my husband. He's not perfect but neither am I so I think we balance each other out. My biggest praise for him is as a co-parent and father. His willingness to share responsibilites with me when it comes to child care has been a tremendous blessing in my life. And his insistence that he does not "babysit" his own children (he parents them) shows, to me, how seriously he takes his role as a father.

  1. When I brag on YOUR husband – and I do so often – this is one of the attributes I love to share about him.

  2. i think you have touched on something fascinating–"babysitting" your own kids. that always seemed messed up to me. you are a parent 24/7 no? why is it even a discussion (unless you are doing something that cannot involve making sure your own kids don't burn down the house) for a man to "watch" or "babysit" his own kids? no one asks a woman to do that.

i think we are all trying to raise the bar for men and i hope they all can do it.

Will you see the new Twilight movie New Moon on Friday?
