It's so true. They are watching/listening even when we think they're not. I am getting very mindful of what I say about my body. Even though it's not ideal, I need to keep my own thoughts to myself. I think it all hits you when they send you home from the hospital and you're on your own. And then you are reminded every now and then, like with the grilled cheese. Loved that little story!
