How many of you remember the book Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs? I have to say I had never heard of the book until I saw the movie.

However, if you liked the book you will LOVE the movie. A great adventure story packed with fun characters and food falling from the sky. Seriously, this is a movie you won't mind watching over and over.

Aside from being packed with jokes and great characters there is a great message. This movie teaches kids to embrace their inner geek. To take the things they love and really love them.

When my daughter (now 19) was little, we read that book EVERY SINGLE NIGHT before bedtime. And it's not a short book! But it is an awesome one, and I highly recommend it.

I LOVED that book as a kid! I couldn't remember the title of it for the longest time until now that they have finally made a movie about it! Ahh..memories..:)
