Dealing With Picky Eaters

parenting Dealing With Picky Eaters

My children started out as pretty good eaters. They actually loved those pureed veggies when they were babies. And they gobbled up my soy milk and oatmeal pancakes, my muffins full of wheat germ and flax seed meal, and my veggie burgers when they were toddlers. But it seems like they just woke up one morning determined to eat nothing but chicken nuggets and french fries for the rest of their lives.

It drives me crazy. I had such great intentions of raising them with these magnificently healthy palates. Where did I go wrong? How do I get back on track?

I was  happy to find a great article on Little Precious Gems that suggests worrying less about this sort of thing…for now at least.
