I know. Stupid question. One of the best ways to thin out the grocery budget is to make things in big batches, portion them out, and use them for different dishes. That's what this meat sauce does! Use it over pasta, stir in a can of white beans for an Italian chili, season it with different spices and use it on nachos… the possibilities are endless. And it's soooo easy.
