My family loves it when we make Taco Lentils. Just add taco shells, flour tortillas, sour cream and cheese and you’ve got a great meal!

I, too, had never in my life heard of lentils until I started blogging. Amazingly enough, every way I have fixed them, we have loved them.

I’m wanting some more recipes, too. I hope someone has some good ones to share!
