This week I'm sharing the link love with some of my favorite foodie bloggers. This menu includes 6 meals and one night of leftovers, lovingly described as Clean Out Refrigerator Night or CORN for short. All ingredients except basic pantry staples are listed after the jump. Simply cut and paste the list into a note pad file, delete the items you have on hand, print, and go. Easy Peasy.

1. A Yankee in a Southern Kitchen: Chicken Country Captain, rice
Save this meal for a day you can spend a little time on dinner. It's well worth the effort and makes plenty of leftovers.
2. A Year of Crockpotting: Blackbean soup, cornbread

3. Cottage Industrialist: Spaghetti with Meatballs, Caesar salad, garlic bread
4. Homegrown Housewife: Almond Pesto Chicken, steamed vegetables, tossed salad
5. Hugging the Coast: Ginger and Cilantro Baked Tilapia, steamed broccoli
6. The Pioneer Woman Cooks: Marlboro Man's Favorite Sandwiches, coleslaw (thanks for the suggestion, Heidi)
7. CORN
