I am Blissfully Domestic – Week 12

i am blissfully domestic I am Blissfully Domestic Week 12

It's Monday evening and guess what I'm doing. I just finished baking chocolate chip cookies. You got it, ladies. I am in the midst of some warm and chocolaty domestic bliss. Does it ever get better than a Monday night with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies? Only any other day of the week with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.

Well, last week was a hoot reading everyone's posts. And I was so excited to see so many new bloggy faces playing our game. The more the merrier! We hope you play again this week and bring all your friends.

In fact, the post I chose to highlight for this week was from a new player, Sweet Pea at Newlyweds. She wrote a post about a great meatloaf recipe. Not only does her meatloaf recipe look scrumptious, and in mid-January who doesn't want some good, old fashioned comfort food? But they are also the cutest little meatloaves, perfect for a family of young kids. Or even as appetizers for a Super Bowl party. Go check out her post.

One of the comments we get over and over is how much you all love our link party because it gives you the chance to find new blogs and get great new ideas. That goes for me, too, and this week is no different. So, link away, ladies. I can't wait to see what you're bringing to the party. I'll be reading everyone's posts looking for an idea to highlight next week. If you're joining us for the first time, we're all so glad to see you! Here are the guidelines:

  • Grab one of the I am Blissfully Domestic buttons for your post (below)
  • Make sure your post is from the past 7 days
  • Your topic can be about any topic in the Blissfully Domestic site
  • Please use the link to your specific post not to your main blog page
  • Put a quick description of your post topic in parentheses next to your name
  • Once you’ve linked in, go and read 5-10 posts from other Blissfully Domestic linky participants
  • Leave lots of comment love!
  • AND OF COURSE: Please remember to link back to this post, so that others can join in.

Forgot the description above. I'm not a good listener. My link is to a story of potato chips and pregnancy. Quite the combo, wouldn't you say?

Just wanted to say I love this weekly blog carnival and hope it's running for a while!

This is such a fun blog carnival, I found so many wonderful new blogs. Lots of great inspiration!

  5. I need to start viewing this at home. My work computer doesn't show Mr Linky (it's blocked) and when I'm on my boss's computer some of the links are blocked for pornography…. LOL

  6. This is my first time on this blog and I have to say I love it. Thanks for bringing to us.

Which Halloween candy will you "confiscate" from your children?
