		<description>I think your sons dad should be an emergency contact if something was to ever happen to him and you cannot be reached.  I know at my stepsons school my husband is the second contact, and he has been called by the school when they have not been able to reach the mother.  

As for you, yes your son&#039;s father will be affected if something happened to you, but I agree that your own mother should be your emergency contact.  At the same time though, someone should know how to contact your son&#039;s father if something did happen to you.</description>

		<description>Is there a reason your mom doesn&#039;t have contact info for Aiden&#039;s dad? If you prefer she doesn&#039;t have it, I&#039;d put it on a card or something in your wallet. I still think your mom should be YOUR contact - if something happens to you, you&#039;ll want her to be the one making decisions for you and your wellbeing - your son&#039;s dad won&#039;t be able to do that for you....</description>
