		<description>Calorie Counting has been the most essential part of my weight loss for the past year. Once you put it to math and see that it works, it really is pretty simple. I&#039;ve lost 35 pounds in the past year from doing this - another 35 and I&#039;ll have hit my goal! I just started writing a weekly post on my own blog about my efforts to lose weight to try and keep track of my goals, what&#039;s working, what isn&#039;t, etc. and I&#039;d love to join you on your journey - having a community of people working towards a similar goal is a great motivator.
