I have these in a little notebook, but this year I want to do something a little more special. I'm typing their answers and printing them out, leaving space for a self-portrait and a photo. I'll put these in a binder or simple scrapbook so we can enjoy them each year. We may add or change the questions as the kids get older, but I love capturing a little moment in time like this.

We do something like this only on their birthdays and I also trace their hands. Even my 10 year old loves to see how his hands have grown.
