Last month I shared about using coupons for more than groceries. The biggest challenge I have with these coupons is organization. I have a great grocery coupon organization system but it isn’t always convenient to carry my binder and if I am not careful, my purse becomes an abyss of restaurant and department store coupons that swallow up and hide these valuable savings when I go to use them or worse – until I forget them and they EXPIRE!
A friend shared with me a few weeks ago that she had employed a photo brag book to carry these coupons with her in an orderly and easy to use fashion and I was inspired! I picked up my own brag book at a craft store on clearance for $.49 and immediately added my restaurant and department store coupons to it. To create sections for quick reference I stuck a 3×3 yellow sticky note on the first page of each new section with a small area sticking out above the book pages, and named them! Simple, frugal and functional!
