		<description>Beautiful work Rachel! Do your kids do quiche as well?  I thinks it&#039;s fun that we were both in full on quiche mode- something about them makes me think of Spring so perhaps a self-fulfilling prophecy?  I made mine with crimini mushrooms, spinach and caramelized onions.  The more veggies the better but I think you could probably guess my favorite...

		<description>I usually make crustless quiches for breakfast (is that a frittata then?) - they&#039;re so delicious and easy to make.  I think my mom brought home the stuff the first time when I was in high school.  That was such a long time ago, but I still enjoy them.</description>
