Reading and Tree Houses just seem to go together…

…so the Magic Treehouse series seemed like a good bet for my daughter. The books had been recommended to me a elementary school teacher friend as the next step up from the Level Three Easy Readers that were now boring my six-year-old.

education Reading and Tree Houses just seem to go together...

The Magic Treehouse series is a winner! Each book takes the sibling team of Jack and Annie on a new magic adventure, helping out their pals Merlin and Morgan Le Fay and learning about something new. The books are educational, entertaining, well-written and will apeal to a large range of ages, whether read aloud or read alone. Some books adress a particular period of histroy, some deal with familiar legends, while in others, Jack and Annie are learning about endangered, scary or mythical animals.

It has been so much fun to discover what my daughter is learning through these books. Frequently during history class she'll mention that she remembers something or someone that we're reading about from her Magic Treehouse Books.
