I recently learned a second verse to the traditional "Ring Around the Rosie" game that kids love – the more the better, right! After you "all fall down," this is the next part:
Cows are in the meadow eating butter cups. (Slowly move around on your hands and knees)
Thunder, (hit the ground twice, in time with the syllables – Thun- (1st hit), -der (2nd hit) )
Lightning! (Sit up on your knees and shake your hands back and forth in the air above your head)
We all stand up!
I looked on Wikipedia to see if there were any more versions, and there are lots. You could keep a group of children busy for hours with all the fun variations and hand movements.
This is a popular game at our house because with my little boy, we have to be on the move all the time! Enjoy!

At our parent-infant-toddler class we went to, they ended with this (while people "knocked" on the floor):
Knocking on the window,
Knocking on the door,
Everybody jumps when we count to four!
1, 2, 3, 4!
