Alright Ladies, I'll admit it. After a few babies, a few too many cheeseburgers and a few to many late night pregnancy induced Dairy Queen runs, my butt has got some jiggle going on. And as much as I run, walk, swim and yoga my way through life, its still lumpy and bumpy. My tummy still sags and my thighs have some terrain that needs to be leveled. I had nothing to lose but the mommy lumps when I had the chance to do Mama Mio's 30 day Bootcamp for Butts!
