It was a toxic environment. They made a half-hearted play to get him back, then the owner got rid of three VPs. He decided not to go back as rumours about the company were and are, bad.Within three days of tendering his resignation (he gave three weeks notice), he had 3 offers from big companies - multinationals with lots of assets. They paid really well. They also required 50% or more travel. I am pregnant with our first.He has not taken any of those jobs; we&#039;d both rather he be around more than make more money.
