I have recently become the proud owner of an iPhone. I have been having fun with it and it has even made photography more fun and exciting thanks to a 99 cent photo application called "Shake It Photo."
We all heard when Polaroid film ceased to exist. Well, with this application there is no need to miss those nostalgic-looking photos. You simply install the application, open it up, snap a photo and click the "use" button. You hear the oh-so-familiar "click" and "zoomy" sound of those old school Polaroids of days past. On your screen you see the familiar square shape, with white edging and smudgy gray photo.
Then comes the fun part. You have to shake your iPhone. Yes, you shake it like a Polaroid picture. The shot shakes side to side and slowly your photo emerges. My daughter loves to do this part, and as long as her hands are clean, she is no where near water, and sitting on something soft, I am more than happy to let her shake away.
The application will crop and process your photo to give it that distinctive Polariad look. It even automatically saves the photo for you.
I have been having so much fun with this application! It is, by far, the best photo application I have on my iPhone.
