The older kids will be 3 this year and my little guy will be two. We do one party for now, eventually I'm sure that it will change. They get a special treat on their own birthday and sung to individually then, but usually only one cake at a party. The only shared presents they've received so far have been big ones, like a play kitchen or we bought a playset/swingset for them this year.
