You pay full price but send in the rebate collar which is attached to the bottle and get a full refund. The brand I purchased was "Organix shampoo" which I have read good reviews in many magazines. Keep your eyes out for those "collars" they usually mean at least a partial rebate, if not a full one. There was another brand that had a full rebate as well.
