		<description>Great thoughts!

We have taken our children on family mission trips. In 2006 we took all 10 children to New Orleans for 2 weeks for Christmas, to brighten the lives of the people still devastated from the hurricane.

We didn&#039;t have any family Christmas presents that year, we decided to spend all of our Christmas budget on the trip. Even our littlest (ages 4 &amp; 6 at the time) never complained once about not getting anything. They thoroughly enjoyed giving presents to any and every child that they saw. And, they still talk about how fun it was to serve the people of New Orleans.
