
1. Have stinky clothes but don't have time to wash them or want to cut down on laundry? Use put some vodka in a spray bottle and lightly spray the clothing and hang to dry. (Spot test first!)
2. When you have the option use a toaster oven over a conventional oven. You will save a lot of power.

5. Ask your eletric company if you can start buying renewable energy. It will normally add just a small amount to your bill.
6. Install a rain barrel so you can water your plants with rain water.

8. In place of plastic weed barrier use newspaper or cardboard. It's free, works well, and will biodegrade over time.
9. Help your pets go green. When you can buy organic local food and treats for them as well.
