Over the last couple of months I received numerous questions about Body Magic. In an effort to give you quality information, I will address the most frequently asked questions in this article. Keep in mind this information is based on my use of the garment and what I’ve seen it do for others. That said, let’s get started.
Q: Can I breathe while I’m wearing the garment? Will it cut off my circulation?
A: Yes, you can breathe normally while wearing the garment. And no, it won’t cut off your circulation as long as you are wearing the proper size.
Q: How do I know what size garment to buy?
A: You need to measure your waist, thorax and hips. Then input those numbers into an Ardyss Size calculator. (You can find a calculator at bodymagic3in10.com as well as a video that will show you how to measure correctly.) The calculator will tell you exactly what size garment to buy. Body Magic garments range from size 24-48.
Q: Is the garment comfortable and can I wear it all day?
A: Yes, the garment is surprisingly comfortable. It can be easily worn all day, but I wouldn’t recommend wearing it all day until you’ve worn it at least 3-4 times. Prior to that I would only recommend wearing it about 6 hours a day.
Q: How do I use the bathroom?
A: There are clasps along the bottom of the garment that can be easily unfastened to use the bathroom. I personally just pull my garment all the way down.
Q: Can Body Magic help me lose weight?
A: Yes it can. Wearing the garment on a regular basis will actually reshape your body by redistributing your fatty tissue and even moving your internal organs (in your core area) back into the correct place.
