It's not what you think!
I've talked about this before but I think it bears reiterating. (And believe me, I'm saying this for my own ears as well.) But girls, I'm serious, listen to me. If we could see ourselves through husband's eyes, we would be floored. You wouldn't even recognize yourself.

Have you ever wondered, "Does he still find me desirable after all these years?" or "What does he think of my post-partum body?" or "Do these nursed out breasts turn him off?" I think his answer would surprise you, in a good way.
If you don't think you can confront him with such a direct line of questioning, try this. Ask him what him what outfit you wear that he really likes seeing you in. I would venture to guess it's not that "little black dress & stilettos" that are stashed in the back of the closet.
Many of us suffer from a lack of confidence. We listen to a voice in our head that lies to us and crumbles our self esteem. Stop! Stop listening to that voice. Remember the tag line of that old Skin Bracer aftershave commercial starring Jack Palance? At the end of the commercial he says, "Confidence is very sexy, don't you think?"
Yes, yes it is. So ladies, go get your confidence on! You are lovable and desirable and it's high time you started believing it! You're one hot mama!
